Recipe : Famous Wedang Jahe ( Ginger wedang )


  Wedang Jahe or ginger wedang is one of traditional drink that has many benefit to body. Its healthy and able to help while you need recovery or for winter time. Made from natural ingredients, it will be easy and simple for home made creation, so now lets make your own one!


Main Ingredient :

  1. 2 finger sized  ginger ( bruised)
  2.  3 lemongrass ( bruised)
  3. 150 gr coconut sugar
  4. Water
  5. 6 Cloves ( optional)
How To Make :
  1. Boil a water, then put all ingredient. Wait until the fragnant out and has the tasty taste.
  2. Serve while hot, and you can add some milk if you want.
