You’ll Need: 


  • 3 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 large lemons juiced and zested
  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • Glaze:
  • 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 Tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 Tbsp lemon zest from lemons
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice from lemons


How to Make:


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray (2) 8 x four 1/2 x 5-inch metallic loaf pans with cooking spray. Set aside.
  2. Sift together the all motive flour, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
