Brisk AND Simple Moment POT POTATO SOUP 

You'll Need: 

2 tbsp margarine 

1 tbsp additional virgin olive oil 

2 cloves garlic (diced) 

½ vast onion (diced) 

6 vast yellow potatoes 

4 glasses vegetable juices 

1 tbsp cornstarch 

1 tbsp water 

4 oz. about a large portion of a block of cream cheddar, cut into solid shapes 

1 glass cheddar (destroyed + additional for decorating) 

Green onions (for decorating) 


Step by step instructions to Make: 

Set your IP to its sauté setting and include margarine and additional virgin olive oil. When it begins to warm up, include garlic and onion and blends once in a while for around 5 minutes.
