Fiery INDIAN RED CHICKEN CURRY Formula 

You'll Need: 

Chicken – 500 grams 

Oil – 4 tblspn 

Onions – 2 expansive cut meagerly 

Coriander leaves a bunch finely slashed 

For Marination: 

Garam Masala Powder – 1 tblspn 

Red Bean stew Powder – 1 Tsp 

Turmeric Powder/Manjal Podi – 1 Tsp 

Cumin Powder/Jeera Podi – 2 Tsp 

Ginger Garlic Glue – 1 tblspn 

Curd/Yogurt – 1 glass 

Salt to taste 

For Pounding: 

Dry Kashmiri Red Chillies – 10 to 15 

Garlic – 6 to 8 cloves 

Step by step instructions to Make: 

Take chicken in a bowl, include all the marination fixings into it and blend well. Abandon it to marinate for 30 mins. 

Take chillies and garlic in a blender and puree till smooth. 

Warmth oil in a kadai. Include onions and saute till brilliant. 

Presently include the chicken alongside the marination and saute on high warmth for 5 mins. 

Cover the kadai and cook on low warmth for 25 to 30 mins. Mixing inbetween. 

Presently the chicken must be cooked, increment the warmth and cook on high warmth till the chicken is very much burned and oil isolates from this. It will take around 10 to 15 mins. 

Presently include ground bean stew masala and blend well. Saute well for 10 additional mins till crude smell leaves away. 

Include more water and stew secured till oil glides to finish everything. 


Include coriander leaves and blend well.
