You’ll Need:


  1. 8 ounces Louis Kemp Crab Delights Flake Style
  2. 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  3. 1 cup sour cream
  4. 2 cloves of garlic, diced
  5. 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  6. 1 cup Gouda shredded cheese
  7. 2 pounds white button mushrooms


How to Make:


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 Fahrenheit. Wash the mushrooms and slice the stems off of them.
  2. Mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Slice the Louis Kemp Crab Delights Flake Style into smaller pieces and then mix it and the Gouda shredded cheese into the mixture.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and stuff the mushrooms with the mixture. Bake at 350 Fahrenheit for 20-30 minutes.
