#Delicious {Recipe} >> Fried Cauliflower Rice with Asparagus & Egg


This dish is very fresh, made from selected ingredients, which will make our body become healthier and fitter. 

From children to adults can enjoy this dish. Can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch or dinner. 
We don't need to buy this dish at a restaurant or market, because we can make it ourselves at home. So guys try it 😉



You will need:

  • 1 small cauliflower, cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1⁄2 red onion, finely chopped
  • 1⁄3 leek, rinsed, thinly sliced
  • 10 asparagus, cut into 1” pieces
  • 2 tablespoons slivered almonds
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • pinch of red chili flakes
  • 4 poached eggs


Steps:

  1. Place the cauliflower in a food processor and pulse until broken down to rice-size pieces.
  2. Heat the oil in a large pan and add onion and leeks.
  3. Sauté until soft and add cauliflower rice, asparagus, and almonds.
  4. Continue sautéing for 4 minutes and season.
  5. Serve in bowls with an egg on top.
